Veteran Bollywood actress Neena Gupta took to social media to inform her fans that she has received her first dose of COVID-19 vaccine on Wednesday (March 10). The ‘Panga’ actress shared a video on her official Instagram handle wherein she can be seen getting vaccinated. Gupta’s reaction while receiving her first dose of vaccine will definitely make you say ‘how cute’.

“I am receiving COVID-19 vaccine. I am scared but still I have come to get my first dose of Coronavirus vaccine,” the actress said in her video. She captioned her post as, “Lag gaya ji teeka.”

Fans have flooded the comments section with their messages. One user commented, “Ma'am ji... This is the first time ppl/junta got to know your age.”

Ashwini Iyer Tiwary and Gajrao Rao dropped comments on the post. Rao wrote, "Aapne bhi teeka lagwa liya ... wah."

Gajraj Rao, who played Neena Gupta’s on-screen husband in ‘Badhaai Ho’, has also got vaccinated. He shared a post on Instagram and reveal that he was quite anxious before taking first dose of the vaccine.

“In the three hours queuing up for my dose, I was still contemplating whether I should take it or not. Much overthinking later, when the syringe finally went in, it painlessly relieved me of my anxiety in a matter of seconds. Getting the vaccine today was possible all thanks to a rigid and adamant lifelong companion of mine – diabetes,” the actor wrote.

Neena and Gajrao have also worked in Ayushmann Khurrana starrer 'Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan', which released in 2020. The duo received critical acclaim for their performance in 'Badhaai Ho'.
