Ayushmann Khurrana's wife Tahira Kashyap takes "a U turn" & gets back into a bikini giving message of #SelfLove

We recently saw 'FIR' fame TV actress Kavita Kaushik sharing her bikini pictures flaunting her stretch marks and cellulite with a message to women asking them to "embrace their flaws" and now another celebrity has come out with the same message and it is Bollywood actor Ayushmann Khurrana's wife Tahira Kashyap who "takes a U turn" (in her own words) and fights the fear of donning a bikini by slipping into one after years. Kavita Kaushik sheds her bikini cover-up to reveal fat & scars with a beautiful message for women! Tahira posted a picture this morning on her Instagram page in which she's posing with her back on camera wearing a pink two piece bikini and there's a very long note along that's going to inspire many more women who get body conscious or looks conscious after a certain age in life. In her message, Tahira begins with.. "The road to self love is so tough. To unlearn being harsh to yourself is even more so. When did I lose the plot? When did I stop loving myself! I honestly don’t know. But it was somewhere when I stopped wearing something for the fear of not fitting into a certain size, or not looking a certain way." 'Shubh Mangal Savdhan' actor's wife further reveals she is now become size 10 from the earlier size 6 or 8 and here's what she wrote about it.

"It was somewhere when I bought so many swim suits & bikinis & didn’t have it in me to wear it. To wear it & then wear layers over it. To wear it only in the washroom. To not click myself. To not look in the mirror for long. To wear it , look in the mirror & nod in an affirmative NO, ‘The world isn’t going to like this’. To somehow click myself & not save the picture. To save it only to delete it later. To delete it & then delete again from the trash. After all it’s the country’s top notch secret! What if someone finds my bikini picture with my size 10 & a few stretch marks!" "Worse even , what if I happen to look at myself!!! Really i didn’t know when did I started being so cynical about myself. I went pretty ahead on this road, which is why despite having made several attempts I really couldn’t gather myself to appreciate what I have. Size really doesn’t matter. Honestly! I was a size 8 and briefly 6 as well. And yes my self love meter was dropping down along with my size. Today I am a happy size 10." And before the fans/followers start to body shame her, Tahira herself says- "Nowhere close to being skinny & for some perhaps don’t have the right to post this picture. But I am taking a U turn. Yes, a U turn it is. I am going to love myself like how my parents loved me." She further explains her need for posting her bikini pic. "Of course posting bikini pictures isn’t the only way to express self love but it was important for me. I know how much it took for me to allow being clicked & then posting this. I have suffered & don’t want anyone else to. He uploaded her bikini picture on his Insta story and put a heart-emoji on it with a text that read - "This girl. Sigh... @tahirakashyap" Soon to be seen in 'Badhaai Ho' opposite 'Dangal' fame Sanya Malhotra, Ayushmann, married his high school sweetheart in 2011 and the two are now proud parents to a son named Virajveer and daughter Varushka.

Tahira's post take us right back to (and which is not too long ago) Kavita's February 2018 Instagram post when the popular Television actress had posted series of pictures and talked about embracing your body in a long note in the same manner and she was in headlines too.

Here’s to all women wanting to wear pretty bikinis but shy of their bodily flaws , who would know this better than me 😊 but you know what I realised we all have them ,we all have some fat , some scars , some cervical spondylitis..oh sorry that’s just me who has it hope none of u do ,some birthmarks that just don’t go no matter what ubtans and creams we apply !! Grr .. so what now ? We salute these women for coming out and inspiring other women which being celebrities is a tough call to take since there are also those trolls you might fall prey to! But then..
