New Delhi: Bollywood superstar Salman Khan’s sister Arpita Khan Sharma and her husband Aayush Sharma welcomed their second child on December 27, 2019. Arpita gave birth to a baby girl on Salman’s 54^th birthday last year. The Khan family is on cloud nine since the arrival of the little bundle of joy into their lives. Arpita and Aayush have named their daughter Ayat Sharma. Earlier this year, Arpita treated the fans with two cute photos of her baby girl Ayat with her mamu Salman Khan and grandmother Salma Khan. She penned a heartfelt post, which read: “There’s nothing in this world that scared me & the only reason was I knew I had you by my side & you would never let anything happen to me. Now ayat has been blessed with the same security. These hands are god sent.Overwhelmed, grateful & thankful for @beingsalmankhan & my amazing mom @salmakhan1942 two people who only have love to give.”

Arpita keeps on sharing pictures of her daughter with her family members on social media. She recently posted photos of Ayat with her grandparents on her official Instagram handle.

Arpita tied the knot with Aayush on November 18, 2014 in a grand ceremony at Falaknuma Palace, Hyderabad. They welcomed their first child Ahil on March 30, 2016. Talking about Salman Khan, the actor will be next seen in ‘Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai’. The film co-starring Disha Patani and Randeep Hooda was slated to hit the silver screens on Eid 2020. However, it couldn’t release on its scheduled date as the cinema halls were shut due to the COVID-19 lockdown.
