And after sharing a couple of sneak-peeks of their newborn with fans on social media, the new mommy finally shared a pic posing with her baby and it's just too cute for words. Gabriella shared the photo holding her baby on her Instagram story. Sharing the awe-worthy photo on her Instagram stories, the South African model, wrote, “Tired but in love”.
