Amitabh Bachchan introduced his new 'acquisition' to his fans on social media and wished them in style on Republic Day 2021.

Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan wished his fans on the occasion of Republic Day 2021 in his own style. Big B took to social media to share a glimpse of his new ‘acquisition’ and extend his warm wishes to his followers on R-Day. The ‘Deewar’ actor introduced his latest ‘acquisition’, a mask, on his Twitter and Instagram handles.

"Hello everybody, just wanted to introduce new to my new acquisition. A very happy Republic Day to all of you,” Senior Bachchan said in the clip. Guess what? Every time the ‘Sholay’ star said something, the LED lights moved. Fans have flooded the comments section with their message. Check out the post!

Big B’s granddaughter Navya Naveli Nanda and grandson Agastya Nanda commented on his post. While Navya wrote, “Hahahahahaha love it” Agatsya posted emojis in the comments section.

Karishma Tanna, Mouni Roy, Shilpa Shetty and other tinsel town celebs also dropped comments on the post. Small screen’s Laxman aka Sunil Lahri commented, “Very interesting sir, it shows your expression inspite of mask.”

The 'Paa' actor had earlier shared a post to wish the fans on Republic Day 2021. In one of the pictures, he can be seen saluting the national flag of India. The caption for the post read, "Happiness peace prosperity and .. be safe .. be protected."

Talking about Navya Nanda, the star kid made her Instagram profile public last year. Navya, who enjoys a significant fan following on Instagram, grabbed several eyeballs with her stunning photos. Alia Bhatt, Neetu Singh and other B-town stars commented on her recent post. She had shared photos with her brother Agastya, whom she lovingly called ‘Partner’ in the comments section.

On the professional front, Amitabh Bachchan was last seen in ‘Gulabo Sitabo’. The film co-starring Ayushmann Khurrana premiered directly on Amazon Prime Video in June 2020. It received a mixed response from the audience.

The ‘Kabhie Khushi Kabhie Ghum’ actor has several exciting projects in his kitty including ‘Brahmastra’, ‘Chehre’ and ‘MayDay’. He is teaming up with Ajay Devgn after several years for ‘Mayday’, which went on floors last month. His reality show ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati 12’ aired its last episode on January 22 on Sony TV.
