Alia Bhatt And Ranveer Singh Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani Unseen Clip Out; Fans Say ‘Literally Reinvented Chemistry’

During the first trailers for Karan Johar's romantic comedy, fans slammed the actors for having no chemistry together.

New Delhi: The full Saregama Caravan Medley from 'Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani' has been released. Two more songs from the film, which stars Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh, are featured in the latest clip. The chemistry between the actors has begun to get praises.

During the first trailers for Karan Johar's romantic comedy, fans slammed the actors for having no chemistry together. In the movie, there were three songs in the Saregama Caravan Medley.  Now, the complete version posted by Dharma Productions and Saregama Music on YouTube features two more tracks that were recorded but were dropped from the finished work.

'Hum Tum Ek Kamre Mein', one of the two songs, is from Raj Kapoor's 1973 romance comedy 'Bobby'. Alia's late father-in-law Rishi Kapoor and Dimple Kapadia both appeared in the original song. The second song, 'Aao Na Gale Lagao Na', from the 1972 film Mere Jeevan Saathi was left out of the movie version. Ranveer is sporting a retro-styled scarf around his neck to complete his all-black outfit, while Alia is dressed in a black saree.

Many users of X (previously Twitter) are smitten by Ranveer and Alia's romantic connection.

After seven years, 'Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani' marked Karan Johar's return to directing. The movie is about a clash of cultures that occurs when Rocky, from a conventional Punjabi family, falls in love with liberal Bengali journalist Rani. The movie was released on July 28.
