WATCH: Ahead of 'Into The Wild' Telecast, Akshay Kumar REVEALS Why He Drinks Cow Urine Every Day

Akshay Kumar and Bear Grylls enjoyed a fun-filled Instagram live session in which they talked about their experience of shooting in Karnataka's Bandipur Tiger Reserve for the 'Into The Wild' episode.

New Delhi: Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar will soon feature in an upcoming episode of ‘Into The Wild’ with Bear Grylls. Ardent fans of Khiladi Kumar have been eagerly waiting for the episode ever since the first teaser of the show was unveiled. The promo created a lot of anticipation as the ‘PadMan’ star was seen performing daredevil stunts on a moving truck. What caught the attention of the fans was how Bear Grylls served Akshay elephant’s poop tea. The duo was spotted drinking the tea in the show’s promo. Mind you, we are not joking. WATCH: Akshay Kumar Drinks Elephant's Poop Tea With Bear Grylls In 'Into The Wild' Akshay Kumar, who is shooting for ‘BellBottom’ in Scotland’s Glasgow, hosted an interactive Instagram live session with his co-star Huma Qureshi. They were also joined by Bear Grylls. Kumar and Grylls talked about their adventure in the jungle and surviving in the wild in tough conditions. The British adventurer and host also wished the ‘Housefull 4’ actor on his birthday and asked if he enjoyed his special day. Huma Qureshi asked Grylls how he convinced the ‘Rustom’ actor to drink elephant's poop tea on the show. Akshay replied that he was not worried as he drinks cow urine every day. He also revealed that he prefers to drink 'gomutra' because of ayurvedic reasons, so drinking elephant poop tea was not a big deal for him. Not only the fans, Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh also dropped comments and wished Akshay Kumar a belated happy birthday. The ‘83’ actor also complimented Kumar’s moustache look, which he is sporting for ‘BellBottom’. Check out the video!
The ‘Man Vs Wild’ special episode featuring Akshay Kumar was shot at Karnataka's Bandipur Tiger Reserve in January 2020. The episode will telecast on Discovery on September 14. Fans can catch the show on Discovery+ app on September 11, few days before the TV telecast.
Akshay Kumar, who was last seen in ‘Good Newwz’ opposite Kareena Kapoor Khan, turned a year older on September 9. The ‘Kesari’ actor celebrated his 53rd birthday with his wife Twinkle Khanna and children Aarav and Nitara. His daughter Nitara Kumar prepared a cute handmade birthday card for her daddy dearest.
