'Covid Over?': Akshay Kumar Faces Wrath For Not Wearing Mask While Dancing With BSF Troopers
Netizens slammed Akshay Kumar for not wearing a mask while dancing with the BSF jawans in Jammu & Kashmir.
Srinagar: Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar visited Jammu & Kashmir’s Bandipora’s district to meet the soldiers of the Border Security Force (BSF) on Thursday (June 17). The ‘Rustom’ actor posted photos from his recent visit to Gurez sector in the valley and said that his heart is filled with ‘respect’ after meeting the ‘real-life heroes’.
Akshay also said that he spent a memorable day with the BSF jawans, who secure the borders of the country. “Spent a memorable day with the @bsf_india bravehearts guarding the borders today. Coming here is always a humbling experience meeting the real heroes My heart is filled with nothing but respect,” Khiladi Kumar wrote on Instagram.

Fans Slam Akshay Kumar For Flouting COVID-19 Guidelines
Several social media users expressed their displeasure after Akshay's dance video went viral on the internet. They slammed him for violating the COVID-19 guidelines and reminded him to wear a mask. One user wrote, "Book him for not wearing mask" while another tweeted, "No mask, no social distancing."
For the uninitiated, Akshay was admitted to a hospital as a precautionary measure after he tested positive for COVID-19 in April 2021.
Akshay Kumar Offers Tribute To BSF Jawans
The 'Mission Mangal' star paid homage to the soliders during the wreath laying ceremony on Thursday afternoon. The official Twitter handle of BSF shared photos wherein Akshay can be seen paying respect to the martyred jawans.
