Aamir Khan Wishes Wrestler & Nach Baliye 9 Contestant Babita Phogat On Her Wedding

Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan wished Babita Phogat and her husband Vivek Suhag on their wedding.

New Delhi: Wrestlers Babita Phogat and Vivek Suhag, who participated in Star Plus’ ‘Nach Baliye 9’, tied the knot in a traditional Hindu ceremony on December 1. The wedding was attended by Babita’s father Mahavir Singh, on whom the film ‘Dangal’ is based. Geeta Phogat, who is expecting her first child with hubby Pawan Kumar, shared several pictures from her sister Babita and Vivek’s wedding on social media. ‘’ My lovely sister @babitaphogatofficial Congratulations on your marriage. I hope that all of your dreams come true as you begin this new journey. Many many congratulations to both of you @suhagvivek @babitaphogatofficial,’’ Geeta wrote while sharing a picture.
Babita looked beautiful in a Sabyasachi lehenga, which might remind of Priyanka Chopra’s wedding outfit. PeeCee and Nick Jonas also got married on December 1 in Jodhpur and NickYanka shared adorable posts to wish each other on first anniversary.

Aamir Khan, who played the lead role in ‘Dangal’, took to Twitter to wish Babita and Vivek on their wedding. "Dear Babita Phogat, wishing you and Vivek Suhag a happy, healthy and fulfilling marriage together. Love," the ‘PK’ actor wrote on the micro-blogging site. ‘Dangal’, directed by Nitesh Tiwari, was based on the real-life journey of Geeta Phogat and Babita Phogat. Sanya Malhotra and Fatima Sana Shaikh played the respective roles of Babita and Geeta Phogat in the sports drama. ‘Dangal’ co-starring Sakshi Tanwar set the box office on fire during its release. The film even did quite well in international territories.
