Salman Khan took to social media to thank the fans as his film 'Dabangg' completed 10 years of release on September 10.
New Delhi: Salman Khan starrer ‘Dabangg’ completed ten successful years of release on Thursday (September 10). The movie, which marked the Bollywood debut of Sonakshi Sinha, had managed to set the box office on fire. The action drama redefined Salman Khan’s stardom, all thanks to his role as Inspector Chulbul Pandey. The Abhinav Kashyap directorial had grabbed eyeballs because of its action sequences featuring the ‘Bharat’ actor and the song ‘Munni Badnam Hui’.

Salman took to social media to thank the fans for the love and support as his film turned ten. He tagged the principle cast including Sonakshi, Sonu Sood, Arbaaz Khan, Mahie Gill and the music directors in his tweet. The ‘Race 3’ actor shared the post along with the hashtag #10YearsOfDabangg. Salman’s fans surprised the fans by trending ‘Decade of Iconic Dabangg’ on Twitter. One user tweeted, "#Dabangg . The movie whc won the national award, Got an ATBB tag, 100cr grosser, brought back single screen audience, created a havoc on the box office, 1 of the best song album, mass dialogues and shirt less scenes wooed the audience. DECADE OF ICONIC DABANGG."

On the professional front, Salman Khan will be next seen in 'Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai'. The movie co-starring Disha Patani and Randeep Hooda was originally slated to hit the silver screens on Eid 2020. However, it couldn't release on its scheduled date due to the COVID-19 crisis.
