Song Joong Ki Welcomes Baby Boy With Wife Katy, Shares Photo
South Korean Actor Song Joong Ki informed his fans that both his wife and son are in good health.
New Delhi: South Korean actor Song Joong-ki and his wife, British model Katy Louise Saunders welcomed a baby boy in Rome. On June 14, Song Joong Ki and Katy Louise became parents for the first time. This marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter in their lives. When word of the birth of his child leaked, the actor made an official announcement on his fancafe. He also informed the fans that both his wife and kid are doing fine.
Song Joong Ki was overjoyed to have his loved ones with him and thanked them for their support. According to Soompi’s translations, Song Joong-ki wrote, “Today, I came here to greet you because I have one more piece of news that feels like a dream, and I wanted to be the first to tell you. Right now, I’m in Italy. Here, in my wife’s hometown of Rome, we happened to welcome our baby. It’s a healthy son.. and both the baby and his mother… are in very good health. As we welcomed [our child] in good health and joy, I am taking care of my family very happily, with a grateful heart.”

He added, "I think [our son] is the most precious gift to have found its way to us, a married couple whose biggest dream all our lives was to start a happy family. And I think it’s thanks to the many people who gave us their support that such a happy day has found us. Thank you."
The actor also posted a sweet snapshot of his son gripping his finger on his official fancafe to share the good news with his followers.
