Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s sangeet festivities in Mumbai featured a special celebration for the T20 World Cup-winning Team India. During the event, Nita Ambani called the cricket champions onstage, honouring them for winning the hearts of a billion Indians.

Neeta Ambani invited Rohit Sharma, Surya Kumar Yadav, and Hardik Pandya onstage

In a heartwarming video, Nita Ambani is seen inviting Captain Rohit Sharma, Surya Kumar Yadav, and Hardik Pandya onstage. The audience erupted into thunderous applause as skipper Rohit Sharma embraced Akash and Nita Ambani. An emotional Nita Ambani encouraged the crowd to cheer louder, stating, “No shouting is good enough, no screaming, no cheering is enough.” She then welcomed Surya Kumar Yadav and Hardik Pandya to the stage.

“There is one teenager we discovered. The person who made everyone lose their breath in the last over. He proves one thing: Tough times don’t last, tough people do,” Nita Ambani said about Hardik Pandya, who has been in the news both for his cricketing prowess and personal life amid rumors of separation from wife Natasa Stankovic.

Nita Ambani highlighted the personal significance of this victory for her, as the three cricket stars are also part of her Mumbai Indians family. She reminisced about the excitement and tension of the World Cup final, describing how the nation watched with bated breath as the Indian team clinched victory from a nearly impossible situation.

The audience, including the Ambani family, friends, and other guests, gave each cricketer a standing ovation.
