Urvashi Rautela has now apologised to Saif Ali Khan, claiming she was unaware of the seriousness of his condition.

Taking to her Instagram story, she wrote, "I hope this letter finds you in good health and strength. I am writing to you with a heavy heart and a sincere apology. Until now, I had been unaware of the true intensity of your situation, and I deeply regret my ignorance.
