New Delhi: Shweta Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan's old clip of giving Aishwarya Rai Bachchan some marriage has been going viral on Reddit. Fans have dug out an old clip from the mother-daughter duo's appearance on 'Koffee With Karan' where they appeared alongside Hema Malini and her daughter Esah Deol. During the rapid fire round, show host and producer Karan Johar gave the piece of advice they would give Abhishek and Aishwarya.

Marriage advice for Abhishek and Aishwarya

When Karan asked Jaya Bachchan what she would suggest Abhishek, she said that the 'scales are going to change if he tries to misbehave."

And, the ‘one piece of marriage advice you would give to Aishwarya., to which Shweta Bachchan says, “She is perfect, I don’t think we need to give her anything. And she has immense patience which is going to take her really face. She is fine, she doesn’t need any (advice).”

"She should continue being as lovingly and as dignified as she is," Jaya Bachchan had then added.

Redditors had their own share of opinions after the video began doing the rounds on social media.

A user wrote, “I think something happened between Aish and Shweta and neither of them is a victim. I don’t think Shweta is a villain just because. Things change, times change, people change. Maybe their relationship changed too. Maybe both of them did a little bit of something. Can’t say the same for Jaya ji though.”

Another commented, “I always root for Aishwarya but you know- we don’t know what happens behind close doors. People have different sides to them and we don’t really know who these people actually are.”

Abhishek and Aishwarya Rai got married in 2007. The couple had been friends for a few yeats and the two had worked together on films like 'Akshar Prem Ke' (2000) and 'Kuch Naa Kaho' (2003),

The two were married in a grand yet intimate ceremony.

The two have been married for 17  years now and co-parent a daughter, Aaradhya. However, offlate there has been speculation about Aishwarya and Abhishek going through tough times. While Abhishek has been seen with his family, Aishwarya is often seen alone with her daughter Aaradhya.
