Shatrughan Sinha Health Update: Son Luv Sinha Refutes Surgery Rumours, Says Actor-Politician Had Viral Fever

New Delhi: Shatrughan Sinha has been admitted to Mumbai's Kokilaben Ambani Hospital for the past few days. According to a source, Sinha fell while getting up from a sofa in a room at his bungalow 'Ramayana' in Juhu and experienced minor injuries and pain.

About Shatrughan Sinha's hospitalisation

The source mentioned that when he felt pain for the second time, he was taken to the hospital for a check-up. However, there are now rumours that Shatrughan Sinha underwent minor surgery at the hospital. The source completely denied the news of his surgery.

Meanwhile, speaking to ABP News, the veteran actor and politician's son Luv Sinha dismissed all speculation about his father's health and the surgery, stating that his father had contracted a viral fever. Consequently, they advised him to get admitted to the hospital for a thorough check-up and all necessary tests.

Shatrughan Sinha's health update

Luv explained that his father underwent a routine and full-body check-up, and the doctors have advised him to rest. He assured that his father is now fine and will be discharged from the hospital by tomorrow.

Shatrughan Sinha was last seen on June 23 at his daughter Sonakshi's registered marriage ceremony with Zaheer Iqbal and their reception party later. The incident of him falling and getting injured happened on June 25, and two days later, on June 27, he was admitted to the hospital.

Notably, Shatrughan Sinha watched the ICC T20 World Cup final between India and South Africa on Saturday at the hospital with some close friends and celebrated India's victory.
