Shakira viral video: Colombian pop sensation Shakira stopped her performance abruptly at a Miami nightclub. The singer, who was on stage at LIV Miami and performing to her latest song ‘Soltera’, suddenly left after noticing a man in the crowd allegedly filming beneath her dress during her performance.

Shakira, dressed in a shimmering sequin outfit, was dancing on a small stage when the unsettling moment occurred. In a video that has since gone viral, Shakira is seen looking uncomfortable as she spots a man filming her from a low angle. The visibly upset singer gestured toward him, signaling to focus the camera on her face instead of under her dress, seemingly giving him a warning. Despite continuing her performance briefly, she abruptly walked off stage.

The video has drawn widespread criticism from fans and social media users alike. One user on X wrote, "This is such a shameful act. Do people have no humanity anymore?" Another user commented, "Shakira, one of the most famous artists in the world, can’t even dance to her own song without facing harassment. Men ruin everything." Others echoed similar sentiments, calling out the man's behavior, with one person tweeting, "People are disgusting. Shakira had to leave the stage because someone was filming under her dress while she performed." 

Another user highlighted the importance of respecting artists, stating, "That's truly disappointing behavior. Artists deserve respect and privacy, both on and off stage. We need to ensure safe environments for everyone." The backlash against the man’s actions has continued to grow, with many calling him out for the "creepy" and "gross" act. 

Shakira has been in the spotlight recently for her music as well as her personal life. In March, she released her 12th studio album, Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran (Women Don't Cry Anymore), marking her first album in seven years. The singer also made headlines last year when she and former footballer Gerard Piqué announced their split after 11 years together. Following their separation in June 2022, Shakira relocated to the U.S. with their two sons.
