“There is nothing to tell. They just want publicity, there is no need to worry,” Salim Khan said.

Reportedly, three shots were fired in the air outside the actor’s house. Salman and his parents were sleeping at home, and nobody was injured. Lawrence Bishnoi gang claims responsibility for attack at Salman Khan’s apartment
A few hours after the firing, Anmol Bishnoi, the brother of incarcerated mobster Lawrence Bishnoi, took credit for the attack on social media.
"We want peace. If the only decision against oppression is war, then so be it. Salman Khan, we have only shown you a trailer so that you understand the magnitude of our strength and do not test it. This is the first and last warning. After this, shots will not be fired outside the house only. And we have dogs named after Dawood Ibrahim and Chota Shakeel, whom you consider to be Gods. Now, I don't have the habit of talking much," the post read.
Meanwhile, Mumbai police has confiscated the attackers' bike and are investigating the involvement of all parties, including the Bishnoi gang, as well as possible reasons for the shooting.
In March of last year, the Mumbai Police filed a First Information Report (FIR) against Lawrence Bishnoi and Goldy Brar after receiving a threatening email at Salman Khan's office.
The Lawrence Bishnoi gang first went after Salman in 2018, claiming that he had offended religious sentiments by allegedly killing a black deer in Rajasthan in 1999 during the shooting of the movie ‘Hum Saath Saath Hain’.
