According to property registration documents analysed by SquareYards.com, Madhavan purchased the upscale property for a staggering Rs. 17.5 crore. He will also play the lead in Rajesh Touchriver's biopic of Chempakaraman Pillai, take on a supporting role in Karan Singh Tyagi's biopic of C. Sankaran Nair, and appear in Swati Singha's science-fiction film, 'G.'
