Renowned actor R. Madhavan has recently expanded his real estate holdings as he bought a new residence in Mumbai's prestigious Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC). According to property registration documents analysed by SquareYards.com, Madhavan purchased the upscale property for a staggering Rs. 17.5 crore. The spacious residence, ready for immediate occupancy, spans approximately 389 square meters (4,182 square feet) and includes two dedicated parking spaces. 

About the apartment

Situated in the luxurious Signia Pearl building, the new property offers 4 and 5 BHK apartments designed with the innovative concept of ‘Venetian Suites.’. Signia Pearl boasts an array of premium amenities and features tailored to an affluent lifestyle, ensuring residents enjoy state-of-the-art facilities and a sophisticated ambiance. The Sale Deed for the property was finalised on July 22nd, with a stamp duty of Rs. 1.05 crore and a registration fee of Rs. 30,000, according to Square Yards.

Madhavan's upcoming projects

Madhavan, who made his directorial debut with 'Rocketry: The Nambi Effect,' continues to be a prominent figure in the film industry. He is set to star in S. Sashikanth's debut film 'Test,' a sports drama featuring Nayanthara and Siddharth. Additionally, Madhavan has signed on for two projects with Mediaone Global Entertainment: a family drama directed by Mithran R. Jawahar, set in London, and a biopic about Indian engineer Gopalswamy Doraiswamy Naidu directed by Krishnakumar Ramakumar.

He will also play the lead in Rajesh Touchriver's biopic of Chempakaraman Pillai, take on a supporting role in Karan Singh Tyagi's biopic of C. Sankaran Nair, and appear in Swati Singha's science-fiction film, 'G.'
