New Delhi: Fans were curious as to whether Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas' Monday night visit to Farhan Akhtar's home was for ‘Jee Le Zaraa’. Several pictures and videos of the pair have been doing the rounds on social media.

Priyanka chose to wear a blue satin dress for the visit, while Nick Jonas wore black trousers, a black shirt and a red cap. The couple waved at the paparazzi as their car was mobbed by them.
Priyanka gave them a grin as well and held out her hands. In addition to Priyanka and Nick, Ritesh Sidhwani was also spotted outside Farhan's house.
An Instagram video of the couple was posted by a fan account. In response, someone wrote, “"Was the meeting for Jee Le Zaraa. I hope they start it soon."

The cast of Farhan Akhtar's Jee Le Zaraa, which stars Katrina Kaif, Alia Bhatt, and Priyanka Chopra Jonas, was revealed in 2021. But after there were no significant updates regarding the movie, a number of sources claimed that delays were brought on by a cast change. It has been confirmed by Zoya Akhtar that the movie has not been shelved.
“We're just waiting for the dates,” Priyanka Chopra has told India Today in 2023.
"We just have issues with dates, and the actor’s strike that’s happened has put Priyanka’s dates into a huge tizzy with what can happen and what can’t, so I’ve started genuinely believing that that film now has a destiny of its own. It’ll happen when it has to, we’ll see,” Farhan Akhtar shared with Variety.com earlier last year.
However, a source close to the development of the film told Hindustan Times that Priyanka Chopra did not like the script of the film.
The HT report quoted the source as saying, “The truth is that Priyanka Chopra did not like the script and said to no it. She was supposed to come to India for sister Parineeti Chopra’s wedding and at the same time sign the film’s contract. But things could not be taken ahead because there were creative differences.”
