Sushmita Sen holds a very special relationship with her mother Subhra Sen. In an old video that just emerged online, Sushmita Sen calls her mother onto the runway to fix her dress. Sushmita smartly avoided a wardrobe mishap during Indian International Jewellery Week. Many commended her mother for being a saviour while it seems that some people are dissatisfied with Suhmita's behaviour.

An old video of Sushmita Sen shows her walking the ramp in a long black dress. As she walked, the hem of her dress became entangled with her heel. She asked her mother on the stage to help her with the outfit. As her mother fixed the dress, Sushmita hugged and kissed her.

Despite its cuteness, netizens have slammed the actress for calling her mother on stage.

A furious user also wrote, “Isn’t this shameful that she called her Mom to get the dress out of her Shoe? Is this respectful for her? For Us it is shameful. Moms are not supposed to do it for you especially for Camera and in gathering.”
