Having directed him recently in 'Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani; the filmmaker shared a glimpse from the film's shoot featuring the both. There is also a picture of Alia Bhatt clicking the duo. On Thursday, taking to his official Instagram handle, Karan wished Ranveer Singh in a special manner. Sharing some unseen pics from the shoot of 'Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani, the filmmaker wrote, "It’s ROCKY day!!!! Happiest birthday to this magnanimous force of nature…thank you for giving all your heart to our kahaani…Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani. 'Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani' marks the second collaboration between Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh after Zoya Akhtar's blockbuster 'Gully Boy'. The film also marks a first time collaboration between Karan, Alia and Ranveer. In 'Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani', Ranveer plays the role of Rocky Randhawa.
The film also stars Shabani Azmi, Jaya Bachchan and Dharmendra.
'Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani' will be released on July 28, 2023.
Meanwhile, Ranveer Singh made his debut in Bollywood with the Yash Raj film ‘Band Baaja Baaraat’ alongside Anushka Sharma. Ranveer was appreciated for his performance in the debut film and garnered many awards for the same. Ranveer then went on to work in a variety of films and is known for a varied filmography. In personal life, he is married to actor Deepika Padukone.
