Shah Rukh and Vicky presented Karan with the award, leading a heartfelt tribute. Shah Rukh began by saying, "Legacy is what you create for the ages," with Vicky adding, "For generations. Or generally, parents leave behind a legacy for their children." Shah Rukh continued, "And sometimes there are fortunate parents whose children carry that legacy forward.
