New Delhi: On this, Father's Day 2024, Anushka Sharma paid tribute to her husband, the Indian cricketer Virat Kohli, with a touching Instagram post. On behalf of her children Vamika and Akaay, the actress shared a heartfelt message on Father's Day. The post included the kids' yellow footprints with the words "Happy Father's Day" written underneath.

Her message was accompanied by a kissing emoji, a red heart emoji, and the tagging of Virat Kohli. The post immediately gained a lot of attention from admirers, who showered the comments area with praise.

Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma tied the knot on December 11, 2017 in Tuscany, Italy. The couple's first child, a girl they called Vamika, was born to them on January 11, 2021, four years after they were married. They announced the birth of their second child, a boy they named Akaay, on February 15 of this year.

Virat and Anushka were also asked by several fans to show their newborn son, Akaay's face.

Regarding her professional life, Anushka Sharma will be making her big screen comeback in the forthcoming sports biopic ‘Chakda Xpress’, which is based on the life of the late Indian cricketer Jhulan Goswami. She hasn't been in a film since December 2018's ‘Zero’, and this is her return to the industry after almost five years.
