New Delhi: 'Bigg Boss OTT 2' winner Elvish Yadav has found himself in the centre of a controversy. As per media reports, as case has been registered against him in Noida. The YouTuber has been accused of smuggling poisonous snaked and organizing a rave party illegally. As per an Aaj Tak report, five people have been arrested in the case.

Elvish has been accused of smuggling snake venom in a rave party in Noida. The case has been registered against the YouTuber on these allegations. However, no official confirmation from Elvish's tea, has come in yet.

Elvish's fans will definitely be worried about the matter. 

As per the same Navbharat report, only a day before, the police had arrested a gang involving the smuggling of snake venom for using it at a rave party. The action seems to have taken place in Noida Sector 51, where the police had allegedly caught five cobras, two double-headed snakes, a python and a red snake from six smugglers.

According to the FIR, 20 ml of Snake venom, 9 poisonous snakes were found from them ( 5 cobra, 1 python, 1 two-headed snake, 1 Rat Snake) were smuggled. FIR against Elvish's five assoicated Rahul, Titunath, Jayakaran, Narayan, Ravinath are in custody. Elvish Yadav, however, as per media reports has not been found yet. The FIR has been registered under wildlife sections 9,39,49,50, 51 and IPC section 120B.

According to FIR copy it is alleged that they use snakes and Snake venom during Rave parties. 

The complaint was filed by Gaurav Gupta, Animal Welfare Office in PFA organization, as per the FIR copy. The organization is allegedly run by BJP MP Maneka Gandhi.

n other news, Elvish Yadav will be seen in 'Temptation Island: India' alongside 'Bigg Boss OTT 2' runner up Abhishek Malhan. The two seemed to have buried the past and now will be seen together on common ground on the relaity show.

Elvish Yadav fan army has begun trending #ShameOnManekaGandhi after Elvish Yadav released a video statement saying that allegations against him are false. 

A fan wrote, "This Lady is trying hard to ruin an innocent guy's life with her false allegations .#ElvishArmy we should not let it happen. STOP DEFAMING ELVISH #shameonmanekagandhi."

Elvish Yadav News Live: Arun Kumar Saxena On Bigg Boss OTT 2 Winner Snake Smuggling Case

Arun Kumar Saxena, Minister from the UP Government, also gave his statement on the Elvish Yadav matter and said that there is a minimum jail term of 2-5 years. And, that law is the same for all. Now that 5 people have been arrested, the proceedings against them will take place.

Elvish Yadav News Live: Bigg Boss OTT Winner Refutes Allegations Of Arrest, Calls Them Fake'

Elvish Yadav has defended himself in the light of current allegations. The 'Bigg Boss OTT 2' winner released a video statement clearly stating that the news that is being spread about his arrest is 'fake'. He also appealed to the UP Police and the Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath that he is ready to cooperate with the authorities. 

In the video message, Elvish Yadav also added that if even there is '0.01%' association with the charges pressed, he is ready to face consequences and take responsibilty.

Elvish Yadav News Live: Maneka Gandhi Says 'Police Should Arrest' Elvish

The complaint against Elvish Yadav and his associates was filed by Gaurav Gupta, Animal Welfare Office in PFA organization, as per the FIR copy. The organization is allegedly run by BJP MP Maneka Gandhi.

Maneka Gandhi shared her views on the Elvish Yadav matter. To ABP News, she said, "The police should arrest Elvish Yadav and the types of people who try to break the law. He has been dancing wearing a snake for many days and on top of that we have heard that he organizes rave parties in which he sells pythons and cobras after extracting the poison from them. Poison is poison but the kidneys of those who take it fail."

"People who bring snakes from the forest and kill them are given 7 years imprisonment and if anyone has more information like this, please let us know, we will get more people caught like this. Our team has done this.. We saw it on YouTube then set a trap and asked Elvish Yadav who then told us that these are the people and I supply to such parties." She added.
