Everything To Know About Coldplay's India 2025 Concert: Venue, Date, Tickets & Songs Set They Will Perform

Coldplay is all set to perform in India in 2025. The British Rock band will be performing at Mumbai's DY Patil Sports Stadium on January 18 and 19, 2025.

New Delhi: Coldplay is all set to perform in India in 2025. The British Rock band is all set to bring their Music of the Spheres World Tour, which has been going on since 2022. As per reports, Coldplay's concert is all set to take place in Mumbai.

The band will be performing at Mumbai's DY Patil Sports Stadium on January 18 and 19. As per reports, the band will be performing their all-time popular tracks such as 'Viva La Vida', 'Paradise','Yellow', 'A Sky Full of Stars','Adventure of A Lifetime' and several more.

Coldplay India concert ticket sale & ticket price

Reportedly, the tickets for the Colplay Mumbai concert will range from Rs. 2500 to Rs. 35,000. The ticket sale will go live on September 22, 2024 at 12PM IST on booking platform BookMyShow.

Infinity Tickets: There is also a new ticket feature for the upcoming concert. Called Infinity Tickets, a limited number of tickets will be available for Rs. 2000 each. The tickets however, must be purchased in pairs and are limited to two per buyer.

Earlier in 2016, Coldplay performed in India as part of the Global Citizen Festival in Mumbai, which also saw the likes of several music artists and bands perform. The festival happened to promote global development goals.

While Coldplay has performed with a lineup of several other musicians, this time, their India tour will be their first solo-artiste tour. 

Earlier, during their Global Citizen Festival in India tour, the band did a classic namaste( greeting) and even hoisted the Indian flag as part of their set.

Coldplay's love for India is known to all their fans. They had also shot their music video, Hymn for the Weekend, in October 2015 in several locations. This included Worli Village, Mumbai, Fort Vasai in Vasai, and in Kolkaa. The track also starrer Sonam Kapoor.

Coldplay, as part of Music of the Spheres World Tour, has performed in Asia, Australia, Europe, Latin America, and in parts of Australia over the last two years. 

Coldplay is a British rock band formed in London in 1997. The band consists of vocalist and pianist Chris Martin, guitarist Jonny Buckland, bassist Guy Berryman, drummer and percussionist Will Champion, and manager Phil Harvey.

They are especially known for their live performances and their impact on popular culture through artistry, advocacy and achievements. 

The band was formed at University College London, where they began by calling themselves Big Fat Noices and then Starfish, to now Coldplay. 

The band boasts of several accolades, including Grammy awards, Brit Awards and have been a part of the Billboard and UK Singles chart on and off.
