Cannes Film Festival 2022: Deepika Padukone Rocks Sabyasachi Ensemble On Day One

After dazzling in a Louis Vuitton dress at the jury dinner, Deepika Padukone chose a Sabyasachi ensemble on the first day of the 75th Cannes Film Festival. The actress took to her Instagram stories and shared her look of the day.

The actress wore a tropical print shirt with emerald green pants, a printed scarf on her head, and a heavy bejewelled neckpiece with small earrings.  Her complete look was designed by Sabyasachi. Her clothing was from Sabyasachi’s Tropic of Calcutta collection—the global resort series, where Indian heritage gets a contemporary update.

Deepika was styled by celebrity stylist Shaleena Nathani. She shared the details of her outfit on Instagram and wrote, "Jury member Deepika Padukone at the 75th annual Cannes Film Festival. Wearing clothing from Sabyasachi's Tropic of Calcutta collection - the global resort series, where Indian heritage gets a contemporary update."

Sabyasachi also shared Deepika's photos in the beautiful outfit.

On Monday, Tamasha actress attended the jury dinner wearing Louis Vuitton multi-coloured sequin dress and she paired it with brown high boots. The actress wore the dress over a sleeveless white short dress. Wearing her hair open in soft waves and with subtle makeup, the actress kept her look minimal and looked gorgeous.

She is part of the eight-member jury along with actor-director Rebecca Hall, Noomi Rapace, directors Asghar Farhadi, Jeff Nichols, and others.

On the work front, Deepika has very interesting projects lined up. She will be next seen in ‘Pathan’ opposite Shah Rukh Khan, ‘Fighter’ with Hrithik Roshan, ‘Project K’ with Prabhas, and in the Hindi remake of the Hollywood movie ‘The Intern’ with Amitabh Bachchan.
