Brahmastra Movie: Amitabh Bachchan Shares First Look Motion Poster Of His Character
Brahmastra has been filmed on a budget of Rs 300 crores and all set for a release on 9 September 2022.
'Brahmastra' starring Amitabh Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Nagarjuna and Mouni Roy has been one of the most-awaited films of the year. Before it's trailer launch in the second week of June, makers of 'Brahmastra' begun sharing the first look posters of its various cast members. On Thursday, Amitabh Bachchan's poster as 'guru' was unveiled in multiple Indian languages.
Amitabh Bachchan shared the official motion poster of his look on Instagram. He captioned it, "गुरू है गंगा ज्ञान की, काटे भाव का पाश गुरू उठा ले अस्त्र जब, करे पाप का नाश Ek aisi Roshni jismein hai har andhere ko Haraane ki Shakti Here comes GURU! The Wise Leader who holds the PRAHBHĀSTRA: The Sword Of Light! BRAHMĀSTRA Trailer out on June 15th."
In the poster, we see Amitabh Bachchan looking fiercely ahead holding a sword of light. In the backdrop we see a halo of rounded silver. Amitabh Bachchan plays the wise leader/guru in 'Brahmastra:Part 1'.
In the poster, Amitabh wears a shirt and jacket and not some superhero costume. 'Brahmastra' is beging touted as a homegrown super hero film but looks like Ayan Mukerji has stuck to realistics here in terms of the costume.
In the earlier teaser and footage from the film that has released, we see Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, who play the two leads in 'Brahmastra', dressed in normal attires and not some super hero kind costumes. Although, a lot of super power stuff has been hinted at, we see them as everyday people in the film.
'Brahmastra' is Ayan Mukerji's magnum opus which has been in the making since the last 5 years. After Ayan's collaboration with Ranbir Kapoor on 'Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani', this film marks their second collaboration together.
A lot of hopes rest on 'Brahmastra'. Fans and analysts hope that this Bollywood film will create history at the box office.
