Jhalawar-Baran: In the 2014 Lok Sabha polls, Dushyant Singh from Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) won the elections by a margin of 281546 votes. The polling / voting in Jhalawar-Baran constituency in the 2019 General elections took place in Phase 4 on 29 April. The major contest is between Bharatiya Janata Party#s Dushyant Singh and Congress Party#s Pramod sharma

In the 2014 Lok Sabha polls, Bharatiya Janata Party won 25 out of the 25 parliamentary seat with 54.9 percent vote share while the Indian National Congress managed to win just seats with a 30.4 percent vote share.

কিন্তু প্রিয়ঙ্কার আইনজীবী নীরজ কিষাণ কউল সওয়াল করেন, কাউকে মেমের জন্য ক্ষমা চাইতে বলা হলে কি নাগরিকদের ব্যঙ্গচিত্রের জন্য ক্ষমা প্রার্থনা করতে হবে। তিনি দাবি করেন, প্রিয়ঙ্কা নিজে মর্ফ করা ছবিটি তৈরি করেননি, তিনি বিজেপির সঙ্গে যুক্ত বলেই তাঁকে ক্ষমা চাইতে বাধ্য করা হচ্ছে।

বেঞ্চ বলে, ক্ষমা চাইতে অসুবিধা কোথায়? আমরা ওকে ওর নিজের জন্য ক্ষমা চাইতে বলছি। অন্যের অধিকারে হস্তক্ষেপ করলে মতপ্রকাশের অধিকার আর থাকতে পারে না।
