Deoria: In the 2014 Lok Sabha polls, Kalraj Mishra from Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) won the elections by a margin of 265386 votes. The polling / voting in Deoria constituency in the 2019 General elections took place in Phase 7 on 19 May. The major contest is between Bharatiya Janata Party#s Ramapati Ram Tripathi and Bahujan Samaj Party#s Vinod Kumar Jaiswal
Deoria 2014 Lok Sabha PollsIn the 2014 Lok Sabha polls, Bharatiya Janata Party won 71 out of the 80 parliamentary seat with 42.3 percent vote share while the Samajwadi Party managed to win just 5 seats with a 22.2 percent vote share.
