UP Police Recruitment 2018: 5419 Jail Warder, Firemen and Horse Riding Constable Jobs, Apply from 8th December 2018

Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of a written examination as per their ‘Merit cum Order of Preference’. The shortlisted candidates will be called for Document Verification and Physical Measurement Test, followed by Physical Efficiency Test.

Lucknow: UP Police Recruitment 2018 notification to fill 5419 vacancies for the posts of Jail Warder, Fireman and Horse Riding Constables has been released by the Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB), Lucknow on its official website - uppbpb.gov.in. The online application process for the same is scheduled to begin on Saturday, 8th December 2018, this week. Eligible and interested candidates must keep a tab on the official website and submit their online applications as per the schedule given below: UP Police Recruitment 2018 – Important Dates: Online Application Process Begins – Saturday, 8th December 2018 Online Application Process Ends – Saturday, 28th December 2018 Last Date to Submit Fee – Monday, 31st December 2018 Vacancy Details: Jail Warder – 3012 (Men), 626 (Women) Firemen – 1679 Horse Riding Constables – 102 (Men) Academic Qualification: The applicant must be Class 12th Passed or equivalent from a recognized education board. Age-Limit: Male Candidates must fall in the age bracket of 18 to 22 years as on 1st July 2018 while  the upper age limit for female candidates is 25 years. The shortlisted candidates will be called for Document Verification and Physical Measurement Test, followed by Physical Efficiency Test. Application Fee: Applicants are required to pay an application fee of Rs.400/- via Debit/Credit Card, Internet Banking or e-Challan. Candidates who had successfully applied for recruitment notifications dated 20-12-2016 and 16-01-2017 need to pay only Rs.200/- Meanwhile, the application window for UP Police Constable Recruitment 2018 is currently open. A total of 31,360 vacancies for the post of Constable, Civil Police, and 18,208 vacancies for Constable, Provincial Armed Constabulary, are available. Interested candidates can apply online on or before 8th December 2018.
