UGC NET Dec 2022: Phase-3 City Intimation Slip Released On ugcnet.nta.nic.in - See Details

Registered candidates can download their UGC NET December 2022 Phase-3 Exam City Intimation Slips by logging into ugcnet.nta.nic.in.

The University Grants Commission (UGC) has released the city intimation slip for UGC NET December 2022 Phase-3 Exam. Registered candidates who will be appearing for the exam can download their city intimation slips from the official website - ugcnet.nta.nic.in. To view and download the city intimation slips, candidates will be required to login to the portal using their login credentials: Application Number and Date of Birth. 

As per the official UGC schedule, the UGC NET December 2022 Phase-3 Examination will be held from March 3 to March 6, 2023. The UGC released an official notification on its website announcing the release of the UGC NET December 2022 intimation slips.

“As already intimated, the National Testing Agency (NTA) is conducting UGC NET December 2022, Phase-II for 05 subjects, on 28 February 2023, 01 and 02 March 2023. The NTA is now displaying the Advance Intimation for Allotment of Examination City for UGC NET December 2022 [Phase III, 08 Subjects] scheduled to be held between 3 March 2023 and 06 March 2023,” read the official notice. 

“The candidates are required to check/download their Examination City Intimation Slip of UGC NET December 2022, Phase-III (using their Application No. and Date of Birth) from the website https://ugcnet.nta.nic.in/w.e.f. 26 February 2023, and go through the instructions contained therein,” the notice added. 

Importantly, candidates may note that the exam city intimation slip is not the Admit Card. The city intimation slips notify candidates about the city in which their ‘Exam Centre” has been allotted. During the UGC NET December 2022 Application submission process, candidates were allowed to select up to four examination cities according to their preference.

After downloading the UGC NET December 2022 Exam City Intimation, candidates are advised to briefly check the details mentioned in it. Any discrepancy in the intimation slip (if any), should be immediately brought under the attention of the UGC. 

“In case any candidate faces difficulty in downloading/checking the Examination City Intimation Slip for UGC NET December 2022- Phase III, he/she can contact on 011-40759000 or e-mail at ugcnet@nta.ac.in,” the UGC notice added further. 

UGC NET December 2022 City Intimation Slip: How To Download?

  • Visit the official UGC NET website - ugcnet.nta.nic.in
  • Click on ‘Advance City Intimation for UGC - NET December 2022’
  • In the new page that opens, login using your Application Number, and date of Birth, and submit the security pin
  • Your UGC NET December 2022 Exam City Intimation Slip shall now be displayed on your screen
  • Download the intimation slip for future reference
