School Admissions 2019: The Kendriya Vidyalaya (KV) schools have released more lists of provisionally selected candidates today i.e. on Tuesday, 27^th March 2019 on their respective official websites. The Online Lottery for Admissions (OLA) for KVS Class 1 Admissions 2019-20 was held yesterday i.e. on Monday, 26^th March 2019, across the country, to release the first merit lists for various categories of candidates. As many as 7,95,121 applicants were competing to clinch a seat from total 1 lac seats available in 1202 Kendriya Vidyalayas (KVs) in India. After the KVS Class 1 Admissions 2019-20 Online Lottery for Admissions (OLA) was organized yesterday, most of the Kendriya Vidyalayas had released the first merit lists for RTE and SGC (Single Girl Child) category on their official websites by evening, along with first merit lists for other categories like SC, ST, Priority One Category, Differently Abled, etc. However, some of the schools, for instance, Kendriya Vidyalaya, Noida have released the Shift-I Post Shuffle OLA for categories like SC/ST/Differently Abled along with Service Category I, II, III, IV, V today. Parents of candidates who had filled the application forms under the aforementioned categories can visit the respective official website of their Kendriya Vidyalaya and check for the relevant first merit list of provisionally selected candidates. On the other hand, the admission process is scheduled to begin tomorrow i.e. on Wednesday, 28^th March 2019 for the provisionally selected candidates. Parents need to download the schedule from their respective KV school website and appear for the document verification process as per the slot allotted for the Post Lottery Serial Number of their ward.
