The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, MSBSHSE has released the Maharashtra Board 12th Result 2024 today. Students can check their results on the board’s official website at mahresults.nic.in. Along with the official website, students can also access the results via the DigiLocker app and SMS facility. To pass the examination, students are required to score a minimum of 35% marks. Students failing to meet this passing criteria will have to appear for the compartment exams. Students who fail in more than two subjects will not be eligible to participate in the compartment exams and will have to repeat the entire year.This year, the overall pass percentage for class 12 is 93.37%. A total of 1,433,331 students registered for the exam out of which 1,429,923 students appeared and 1,329,684 cleared the exam. Girls outperformed boys, with a pass percentage of 95.44%, which is 3.84 percentage points higher than the boys' 91.60%. Konkan division topped the state board with a pass percentage of 97.91%, while Mumbai recorded the lowest pass percentage among all divisions at 91.95%.The board conducted the class 10th examinations from March 1 to March 22, 2024, while class 12th examinations were conducted from February 21 to March 19, 2024.
