NHM UP Recruitment 2019: The National Health Mission (NHM), Uttar Pradesh is inviting online applications for the recruitment of 6,000 Community Health Officers (contractual vacancies) for six-months Bridge Program (Certificate) in Community Health. The online application process has commenced on the recruitment partner site - sams.co.in. The closing date of the online application process is 23rd May 2019. NHM, UP is conducting the recruitment process to hire Community Health Officers Viz. CHO-I and CHO-II for training course of Phase I July 2019 Session and Phase II January 2020 Session respectively. On the successful completion of the training course, candidate will be posted at the Sub Centers as Community Health Officers (CHOs). The National Health Mission (NHM), Uttar Pradesh is scheduled to conduct the written examination for both the phases on a single day in June 2019. The result of Phase I written examination will be declared in June 2019 and the result of Phase II exam will be out in December 2019. Vacancy Details: CHO I – 2,805 Posts CHO II – 3,195 Posts Eligibility Criteria: Candidate must have done either General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) RNRM or Bachelor of Science in Nursing from a recognised Institute or University. Also, the candidate must possess a registration certificate from UP State Nursing Council at the time of submitting the online application. Age Limit: Only the candidates who are less than 35 years of age will be considered eligible to apply for the aforementioned posts. Note: The experience, qualification, age, etc. of the candidate will be computed as on 8 th May 2019. Stipend/Honoraria: The candidate who gets selected for the training course will be given a stipend of Rs. 20,000/- , including allowances for Boarding &Lodging. Upon completion of the training, once the candidate is posted at the district as Community Health officer, the remuneration will be fixed at Rs. 35,000/- per month (Rs. 20,000/- Honoraria +Rs. 15,000/- performance-based incentives). After the successful completion of 6 months training, candidates will need to sign a Surety bond to serve at Sub Center or Health & Wellness Center for minimum 3 years. Candidates must secure minimum qualifying marks to clear the exam. The authority will prepare and declare the result as per merit. A waitlist will also be prepared in the ratio of 1:5.
