UPPSC Announces RO-ARO & PCS Pre-Exam Dates, Check Here

UPPSC has announced revised dates for the RO-ARO and PCS Pre-exams. PCS Prelims will be held on Dec 7-8, and RO-ARO exams on Dec 22-23.

Lucknow: The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) announced the revised dates for the RO-ARO and PCS Pre-examinations, providing relief to thousands of candidates awaiting updates. The Provincial Civil Service (PCS) Pre exam will be conducted on December 7 and 8 across 41 districts in Uttar Pradesh, with two sessions each day. The first session runs from 9:30 am to 11:30 am, and the second from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm.

The Review Officer and Assistant Review Officer (RO-ARO) pre-exam will be held on December 22 and 23 in three shifts. On December 22, the first shift will be from 9:00 a.m. to noon, followed by the second shift from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. The third shift is scheduled for December 23 from 9:00 a.m. to noon.

A total of 10.76 lakh candidates have registered for these exams. In line with UPPSC guidelines, if the candidate count exceeds 5 lakh in one shift, the exams are conducted in multiple shifts. Consequently, these exams are scheduled across multiple shifts to accommodate all candidates.

The UPPSC RO, ARO Recruitment 2024 drive seeks to fill a total of 411 vacancies. Sources indicate that the admit cards for the recruitment exams will be made available at least 10 days prior to the exam date. Once released, candidates can download their UPPSC admit card using their registration number and date of birth.

SSC CGL Result 2024: Tier 1 Results Awaited

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is expected to announce the SSC CGL Result 2024 soon. Candidates who appeared for the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Tier-I Examination 2024 can check their results on the official website, ssc.gov.in. To download the scorecard, candidates will need to log in using their Registration Number and Password. The Tier-I exam was held across multiple centers nationwide from September 9 to 26, 2024.
