The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the provisional answer keys for the SSC CGL Tier 1 exam. Candidates who took the SSC Combined Graduate Level examination can check and download the provisional answer key and response sheets from the official website at ssc.gov.in. The SSC CGL 2024 exam was conducted between September 9 and 26. 

"The candidate’s Response Sheets along with the tentative Answer Keys are now available and the same can be accessed through the website of the Commission (i.e. https://ssc.gov.in/). The candidates may log in using their Registration Number and Password during the period specified," SSC said in a notice.

Candidates can raise objections online during the specified period, by paying a non-refundable fee of Rs 100 per question.

"Representations in respect of the tentative Answer Keys, if any, may be submitted online from 03.10.2024 (6.00 PM) to 06.10.2024 (6.00 PM) on payment of Rs.100/-per question/answer challenged. Representations received after 6.00 PM on 06.10.2024 will not be entertained under any circumstances," the commission added.

Candidates can download the answer key by following these simple steps: 

Step 1: Visit the official website of Staff Selection Commission at ssc.gov.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the login tab.

Step 3: Now enter your login credentials.

Step 4: SSC CGL Answer Key 2024 will displayed on the screen.

Step 5: Check and download the answer key.

Notably, the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) conducts the SSC Combined Graduate Level Exam for Group B and C (Gazetted and non-Gazetted) posts in various Government of India institutions.

The total number of vacancies for SSC CGL 2024 is expected to be around 17,727, although the final count is yet to be confirmed. Further updates, including post-wise and category-wise vacancy details, will be shared on the Commission’s website in due course.
