The Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL) has started the application process for the PSPCL Apprentices Recruitment 2023. Eligible and interested candidates can submit their applications for the recruitment online on pspcl.in or https://reg.pspclexam.in. The last date to apply for the PSPCL Recruitment 2023 is March 27, 2023. 

The PSPCL Apprentice Recruitment 2023 aims to fill a total of 1500 vacancies for the post of Apprentice in the Lineman trade. The PSPCL released an official notification on its website, announcing the recruitment.

“Punjab State Power Corporation Ltd. (PSPCL), a power generating and distributing organization of Government of Punjab is inviting applications from the candidates who have completed ITI in WIREMAN/ELECTRICIAN trade for Apprenticeship in Lineman trade,” reads the official notice. 

Before applying though, candidates must ensure that they fulfill all eligibility criteria as prescribed. Only candidates who are natives of Punjab will be considered for the recruitment. Also, the knowledge of Punjabi language is essential for all applicants.

PSPCL Apprentice Recruitment 2023: Selection Procedure

The shortlisting of candidates for the recruitment shall be done on the basis of the performance of candidates in an online written test. The online examination will consist of three sections and a total of 200 objective-type questions. The exam will be conducted in English and Punjabi language, and there shall be no negative marking in the exam. 

PSPCL Apprentice Recruitment 2023: Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the PSPCL Apprentice Recruitment 202, interested candidates must have completed ITI in Wireman or Electrician trade, with certificates issued by NCVT/SCVT. Moreover, candidates must have passed Punjabi of at least Matriculation or its equivalent level up to the last date of submission of online application. The minimum age limit to apply for the recruitment is 18 years.
