JKPSC Releases Calendar For September, October 2023 Exams On jkpsc.nic.in - Check Details

As per the JKPSC calendar, the JKPSC Civil Services preliminary Exam 2023 will be held on October 15, 2023.

The Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission (JKPSC) has released the exam calendar for its September and October 2023 Exams. Candidates who are gearing up for appearing in the JKPSC September and October 2023 Exams can check the complete JKPSC 2023 Exam Calendar on the official website - jkpsc.nic.in. As per the exam schedule released by the JKPSC, the commission will conduct the exam for the post of Assistant Professor in the Higher Education Department for various subjects (Mathematics, Physics, Commerce, Finer Arts Music and Language, Industrial Chemistry, Renewable Energy, and Dogri) on September 10, 2023. Furthermore, the JKPSC will conduct the exam for the post of Excise and Taxation Part-1, Part-2, and Part-3 Departmental Examination 2023 on September 20, 2023. 

As for the October exams, the JKPSC Civil Judge (Junior Division) Munsiff, Preliminary Examination 2023 will be held on October 8, 2023. Meanwhile, the JKPSC Civil Services Preliminary Examination 2023 will be held on October 15, 2023. Moreover, the JKPSC will conduct the exams for the posts of Assistant Professors in Government College of Engineering and Technology for various branches (Applied Sciences and Humanities, Mathematics, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology Engineering, Food Engineering and Technology, Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Computer Science & IT, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering) on October 22, 2023. 

Notably, the JKPSC announced the JKPSC Exam calendar for September and October 2023 through a notice on its official website. “This is for information of the candidates who have either applied against the various advertisement notification(s) already issued up-till now or those who intend to apply in respect of the notification(s) issued in August or September, 2023, that the examination(s) will be conducted as per the following schedule,” reads the official notice, announcing the JKPSC Exam Calendar. 

The notice further stated that the sessions and timings of the examinations shall be notified to candidates separately. “The session/timing of examination (s) will be notified separately. However, the session/ timing for the written test scheduled on 10.08.2023 has already been notified vide notice dated: 24.08.2023," the official notice reads further.
