JEE Mains Admit Card 2026 Releasing By Jan 17, Here Is Where And How To Check

JEE Main Admit Card 2026 to release before exam; students can download hall tickets at jeemain.nta.nic.in with key details.

JEE Mains Admit Card 2026: The National Testing Agency (NTA) is expected to release the JEE Main 2026 admit cards around three to four days before the examination. According to the official schedule, JEE Main 2026 Session 1 will be conducted from January 21 to January 30, 2026. Therefore, students can expect the admit cards to be issued on either January 17 or January 18, 2026. Once released, registered candidates will be able to download their admit cards from the official website at jeemain.nta.nic.in. 

Once the admit cards are released, registered candidates will be able to download their JEE Main 2026 hall tickets using their login credentials. The JEE Main hall ticket 2026 will include important details such as the candidate’s name, roll number, date of birth, examination date, shift timings, exam centre address, and other relevant information. 

JEE Main Admit Card 2026: How to Download  

Step 1: Visit the official website at jeemain.nta.nic.in. 

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the link for the JEE Main admit card. 

Step 3: Enter your login credentials and submit the details. 

Step 4: Your JEE Main 2026 hall ticket will appear on the screen. 

Step 5: Download the hall ticket and save a copy for future reference. 

JEE Main Admit Card 2026: Details Mentioned 

The admit card will display the following details: 

  • Candidate’s name 
  • Father’s name 
  • Application number 
  • Roll number 
  • Photograph and signature 
  • Subjects opted for 
  • Gender 
  • Date of birth (as per Aadhaar or marksheets) 
  • Exam centre name, city and centre code 
  • Exam date and shift timing 
  • Category 
  • State of eligibility 
  • PwD status 
  • Scribe requirement (if applicable) 
  • Candidate’s signature 
  • Important examination instructions 

Students are advised to visit the official website regularly for the latest updates regarding the examination. 

JEE Mains 2026: Exam Pattern 

Each subject will consist of two sections. Section A will include Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs), while Section B will have questions where answers must be entered as numerical values. Incorrect answers in both Section A and Section B will attract negative marking. 

For Section B, candidates must enter the correct integer value of their answer using the mouse and the on-screen virtual numeric keypad in the designated space. All answers in Section B should be rounded to the nearest whole number.
