JEE Advanced 2020 Registration: Know How To Apply, Important Dates For The Exam

JEE Advanced Registration Links and Important Dates: Now that the JEE Main 2020 results have been released, those interested in applying for Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT) can register for JEE Advanced exams. Here are the steps and important dates.

JEE Advanced Registration Details: Now that the JEE Main results are out candidates interested in applying for the Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT) can start registering for JEE Advanced Exams from today. Only the top 2,50,000 rank holders of JEE Main will be able to fill JEE Advanced application form 2020. The exam will take place on September 27 this year. Eligible candidates must fill the JEE Advanced 2020 application form before September 17 but candidates will be allowed to pay their fees by September 18. Payment of application fee can be made online as well as offline. Step 1 – Log on to jeeadv.ac.in to begin the registration process, candidates will have to provide the basic data and the choices of the cities for the examination. Candidates must ensure that the contact details are proper especially phone number and email as all the correspondence will be done through those. Step 2 – Upload all the scanned documents as requested in the form. Documents required for registration • Birth certificate for age proof • Class XII passing certificate • Identity proof • Citizenship certificate/Passport • Testimonial (if required) Step 3 - Pay the registration fee. Registration fee is neither refundable nor transferable. Admit Card for the JEE (Advanced) 2020 will be released on September 21 and candidates will be able to download it till September 27. The Joint Entrance Examination (Advanced) 2020 will be conducted on September 27, 2020, in two shifts i.e from 9 am to 12 noon and from 2:30 to 5:30 pm, at various centres spread across the country. The results for the JEE (Advanced) 2020 are expected to be released on October 5, 2020. Important Dates
