ICSE Board 10th And 12th Result: Know All About The Marking Scheme For This Year

The ICSE Board is set to declare the results of Class 10 and Class 12 exams today at 3 pm. Since pending exams were cancelled the Board will use a new marking scheme for this year.

New Delhi: The ICSE Board is set to declare the results of Class 10 and Class 12 exams today at 3 pm. Due to the coronavirus pandemic and the imposition of nationwide lockdown in March, exams for some subjects were not conducted. Since the pending exams were cancelled the Board will be using a different marking scheme for evaluation.   • students who have appeared for more than three subjects in their Class 10 and 12 board examinations will be marked for pending papers on the basis of an average, which will be calculated by combining marks scored in top three subjects for which examinations have already been held
  • Students who have written only one or two board examination papers so far will be evaluated based on marks scored in the exams combined with the internal assessment.
  • These students will also be allowed to appear in the optional examinations conducted by CBSE to improve their performance if they desire to do so. The result of these students will also be declared along with other students.
The results for ICSE (class 10) and ISC (class 12) exams 2020 will be uploaded on the 'Careers' portal of the Council, the main website of the council, and through SMS.  Students can access their results by logging into the Council's official website: cisce.org, and results.cisce.org.
