The Himachal Pradesh Board of Technical Education has started inviting applications for the HP PAT 2023 (Himachal Pradesh Polytechnic Admission Test) 2023. Interested candidates who wish to enroll in polytechnic programmes in colleges across Himachal Pradesh can apply for the HP PAT 2023 on the official website - hptechboard.com.

HP PAT 2023: Application Deadline

The Board is also accepting applications for HP Lateral Entry Entrance Test 2023 (HP LEET). As per the official schedule, the last date to apply for HP PAT 2023 is May 2, while the last date to apply for HP LEET 2023 is May 6, 2023. Before applying though, candidates are advised to go through the instructions and exam details carefully on the official website.

HP PAT 2023: Application Fee

While applying for HP PAT 2023 and HP LEET 2023, candidates from the General category will be required to pay an application fee of Rs 650. The application fee for reserved category candidates (SC/ST/PwD) is Rs 400.

HP PAT 2023: Exam Schedule

As per the official schedule notified, the board will conduct the HP PAT 2023 on May 21, from 10:00 AM to 01:00 PM. The HP LEET 2023 Exam will be held on May 28, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Both the exams will be held in a single shift only.

Notably, the Himachal Pradesh Board of Technical Education conducts the state-level HP PAT Exam annually to shortlist candidates for admission into polytechnic programmes offered by several colleges across Himachal Pradesh. The HP LEET Exam on the other hand is conducted for lateral entry admissions into Polytechnic programmes.
