CRPF ASI, HC Recruitment 2023: Application Deadline Extended - Check Details Here

Interested candidates can now apply for CRPF ASI, HC Recruitment 2023 till January 31. Applications to be submitted online on crpf.gov.in, or crpfindia.com or crpf.nic.in.

The Central Reserved Police Force has extended the deadline to apply for the CRPF ASI, HC Recruitment 2023. Interested applicants can now register and submit their CRPF ASI, HC Recruitment 2023 Applications till January 31, 2023. Applicants are advised to submit their applications before the deadline on the official CRPF Recruitment Portals - crpf.gov.in, crpfindia.com or crpf.nic.in.

Online registrations for the CRPF ASI, HC Recruitment 2023 began on January 4, 2023 and the registration window was earlier scheduled to be closed on January 25. The recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 1,458 vacancies for Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI) Steno and Head Constable (HC) Ministerial posts. 

Male candidates from the General, EWS, and OBC categories are also required to pay an application fee/ recruitment processing charges of Rs 100. The CRPF will conduct the computer based test for the ASI, HC Recruitment between February 22 to 28, 2023. Admit cards for the test are scheduled to be released on February 15, 2023.

CRPF ASI, HC Recruitment 2023: Selection Process

The final shortlisting of candidates for the CRPF ASI, HC Recruitment 2023 will be based on a 5-stage recruitment process. First, candidates will have to appear for a Computer Based Screening Test, followed by Skill Test, Physical Standard Test (PST), Document Verification and Medical Test. 

The Computer Based Test will be conducted in both English and Hindi languages. The exam paper will have a total of 100 multiple-choice questions spread across four sections: Hindi Language or English Language (optional), General Aptitude, General Intelligence, and Quantitative Aptitude. The exam paper will carry a total of 100 marks, and a maximum time duration of 90 minutes. 

While the first “Language’ section of the exam paper will be optional with questions in the opted language, questions in the other three sections will be bilingual. For more details on the selection procedure and the exam pattern, candidates are advised to visit the official website.

CRPF ASI, HC Recruitment 2023: Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the CRPF ASI, HC Recruitment 2022, candidates must fulfill the below-given eligibility criteria, as prescribed by the CRPF:

  • Candidates must be aged between 18-25 years 
  • Candidates must have passed Class 12 or equivalent from a recognized board or university

  • Visit the official CRPF website - crpfindia.com or crpf.nic.in
  • Go to the Recruitment section and select the 
  • Click on the ‘Apply” button against the ‘Ministerial Staff’ listing
  • Register online and fill the application form
  • Upload relevant documents and pay the application fee online
  • Submit the application
  • Download the application confirmation page for future reference
