CBSE 10th, 12th Result 2023 Date And Time: A notice is going viral on social media stating that the CBSE Class 10, 12 results will be released tomorrow. The notice caused confusion and excitement among those students who are eagerly waiting for the results. CBSE Board has confirmed that the letter bearing the signature of Joseph Emmanuel, director (academics) of CBSE, announcing the declaration of Class XII and X board exam results on May 11, is fake.

Over 38 lakh students are eagerly waiting for their class 10, 12 results. Once declared, students can check their class 10 and 12 results through several official websites such as results.cbse.nic.in, cbseresults.nic.in, and digilocker.gov.in. Additionally, they can also access their results through various other means including the UMANG app, DigiLocker app, SMS service, IVR, and Pariksha Sangam.
This year, CBSE Class 10 and 12 board exams commenced on February 14, with the examinations for Class 10 and 12 ending on March 21 and April 5, respectively. 38,83,710 students in total were eligible to take the tests this year, including 21,86,940 Class 10 students and 16,96,770 Class 12 students.
According to reports, CBSE has decided not to release the names of the toppers for Class 10 and 12 board exams. However, students who achieve the top 0.1 percent of scores in different subjects will receive a merit certificate, similar to last year. The board has taken this step to alleviate the pressure and anxiety on students and discourage the unhealthy competition culture.

Following the announcement of the Class 10 and 12 results, CBSE will provide a time frame during which students can apply for re-verification of their results or scrutiny of their answer sheets. Additionally, the board will conduct compartment exams later this year, and further information regarding this will be disclosed on the day of the result declaration.
