ED Did Not Search Kejriwal's PA's House, Sat There For 16 Hours To Defame Him: Atishi Marlena
Atishi Marlena said that the officials of the ED, who carried out raids at the premises of Kejriwal's assistant, Bibhav Kumar, sat in the living room of his house.
Delhi Minister and Aam Aadmi Party leader Atishi Marlena said on Wednesday that the officials of the Enforcement Directorate, who carried out raids at the premises of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's personal assistant, Bibhav Kumar, sat in the living room of his house and did not even pretend to carry out any searches. She further stated that the ED officials sat at Kumar's residence for 16 hours just to defame the Delhi CM.
While speaking at a press conference, Marlena said that the officials did not search any rooms or look for any documents. They did not even care to explain in connection with which case they had gone there, as reported by news agency PTI. The probe agency did not respond to the claims made by the AAP leader.
The raids were carried out in connection with "irregularities" in a Delhi Jal Board (DJB) tendering process, PTI reported, citing sources on Tuesday. Atishi Marlena claimed that the 'panchnama' document showed that the ED team took with it just two Gmail account downloads and three family phones from Kumar's house.

The Delhi Minister said that the ED raids are nothing but an attack on Kejriwal to crush him because he is the only one who openly challenges the Bharatiya Janata Party and Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
ED Raided Several Premises In Delhi
The ED had carried out raids at about 10–12 premises in the national capital as part of the raids carried out under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), PTI reported.
