Denta Water and Infra Solutions Ltd will disclose the final allotment for its initial public offering today on January 27, 2025. The company’s maiden issue was open for the public from Jan 22-24, wherein it received a stellar response from investors.

The listing was a book-built IPO and comprised a fresh issuance of 7.5 million shares. The price band for the issue was Rs 279 to Rs 294 per share.

Applicants who placed their bids for the IPO will be able to check the status of their subscription on the websites of the exchanges, BSE and NSE, and also on the official portal of Integrated Registry Management, the registrar of the issue.

Select 'Equity' in the "Issue Type" section.
From the "Issue Name" dropdown, choose ‘Dental Water And Infra.’
Enter your Application Number or PAN.
Verify the captcha by ticking "I am not a robot" and click on 'Search.'
Your Denta Water IPO allotment status will be displayed on the screen.
