New Delhi: bitsCrunch, a blockchain analytics firm operating from Germany and India, is becoming the guardians of the non-fungible token (NFT) ecosystem.

bitsCrunch focuses on building products using artificial intelligence (AI) that prevents scammers from exploiting the NFT marketplaces or the NFT projects, according to the news release by the company.

Vijay Pravin Maharajan, founder and chief executive officer (CEO) of bitsCrunch, launched the firm in May 2020 in India; then later established it in Germany in 2021.

In a bid to expand its reach, bitsCrunch had completed Seed round last year in 2021. Double Peak Capital, LedgerPrime, Covalent, GenBlock Capital, and Synaps are the few investors of the company.

Vijay is looking to hire people who are well adept in math, statistics, data science, and any blockchain specialisation. He is aiming to expand his business venture with over 1,000 employees in the next 5 years.

NFTs are digital assets that link ownership to unique physical or digital items, such as works of art, music, videos, or even real estate. They are modern-day collectibles.
