Zorawar Kalra expresses delight on winning `GQ Men Of The Year 2017`

New Delhi [India], Sep 27 (ANI): Paving the way for the hospitality industry, Zorawar Kalra, Founder and Managing Director of Massive Restaurants Pvt. Ltd., becomes the first restaurateur to be felicitated with the 'GQ Men of the Year 2017'.

The event, conceptualized to recognize and reward select outstanding gentlemen in India from different sectors, witnessed Zorawar Kalra bag the award for a spectacular growth trajectory in his professional career.

A pioneer and innovator, Kalra is the first restaurateur in India to be awarded for setting a benchmark in excellency of service and hospitality in India and serving Indian cuisine on the international palate.

Zorawar Kalra comments, "GQ is a publication that exemplifies quality and class. The Men of the Year awards honour people from across the country ranging from the fields of business to the arts. These individuals represent the best of the best. Being a part of this ceremony alone is huge. Winning an award as one of the 'Men of the Year' could be considered as the pinnacle of achievement of anyone's career. Kalra, also known as the 'Man with a Vision on a Mission' and 'the Prince of Indian cuisine' amongst his peers is one of the youngest, most successful restaurateurs in India.

Amalgamating his penchant for Indian food with his natural business acumen, Zorawar has introduced some of the most genre defining restaurant concepts in India as well as internationally.

This year itself, we have seen Kalra making history at the World Luxury Restaurants Awards 2017, winning global titles for serving the Best Molecular Cuisine at the Genre Defining Modern Indian Restaurant, Masala Library by Jiggs Kalra. (ANI)
