ISIS claims responsibility for attack on Kabul's NDS Training Center

Kabul [Afghanistan], Dec 18 (ANI): The Islamic State (ISIS) reportedly claimed responsibility for the attack on the training center of the National Directorate of Security (NDS) in Kabul on Monday.

According to media reports, the Islamic State said in a statement on its Amaq news agency that two of its fighters had attacked an intelligence agency center in Kabul.

Clashes between the gunmen and security forces is still underway as the attackers are hiding in an under-construction building close to the training center of the NDS, Tolo News reported citing eye witnesses as saying.

The ISIS has claimed responsibility for several attacks in Afghanistan that took place in the past one year.

However, there are no reports of any casualty in the attack so far.

Security forces have cordoned off the area. (ANI)
