Adding to this he said that the beauty of Bombay Bar is its connection with the origin place, Bombay.

"We have brought together both in a collaboration for the people to not only transcend into the parallel universe but also to allow them to enjoy to their core," added Arora.

True to its name, the bar servers authentic Mumbaiya food starting from the Khao Galli Platters, Mumbai Chowpatty Chakna, Ghatkopar's All Veggie Khaogali, Kohlapur Chicken Lababdar, Juhu Beach ka Tawa Pulao, Noorani Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms, Almond Crusted Broccoli, Serial Griller Pizza and Pasta apart from dishes from Khaogali of Churchgate to Khargar, to Zaveri Bazaar that are known for its street food and authentic Parsi, Gujrati, Kohlapuri and Irani dishes.

Amongst starters, one must gorge on to oh! so delicious Vada Pao served with gun powder and Juhu Pav Bhaji. Also the Ragda Patties, Cheesy Mushroom Poppers, Alfredo Chicken Tikka, Herb Marinated Grilled Chicken, Herb Marinated Grilled Chicken are pleasures one must gorge into.

With over a number of signature cocktails, the bar menu has its own delight. Adapting to the nerve of the city, a few amongst the must have includes Life in a Metro, Dream City, Bollywood Martini, Bomb-EYE, Red Carpet, Baadhshah Journey, Banana Mustard Cocktail, 7 island's, Queen's Necklace.

However, amongst the exotic signature collection of high energy drinks are Bhaag Bombay Bhaag, Bata Maajhi satakli, PK Ek Number, Baby's Night Out and Give Me Water.

The best part about this outlet is its vibe. With hit Bollywood numbers playing in the backdrop, one wants to hit out at every beat.

From its courteous staff to the Chef (Bunny), the entire staff of the outlet is welcoming, educated, polite, courteous, well-dressed and most importantly, they take their job seriously!
